As a Manager I have always tried to build teams that work together for the good of the company and most of all customers, whilst ensuring Safety first always. I respect everyone's efforts towards this cause and love the fact I have seen some of my teams grow up into bigger and better roles. I have always put my team first, even at the expense of myself and have no issue with this. I see no reason to change and I am looking forward to any new challenge that comes my way. As I am unemployed I am open to any opportunity even if I have to start again.
