As the General Manager of Douglas Electric Cooperative, I bring over three decades of dedicated experience in the utility industry. My career journey has encompassed diverse and impactful roles, including Field/Staking Engineer, GIS Analyst, IT Manager, Member Service Manager, Assistant General Manager, and GM/CEO. Each position has strengthened my expertise and deepened my understanding of the industry’s technical and operational intricacies. In addition to leading Douglas Electric Cooperative, I am privileged to serve on the boards of the Pacific Northwest Generation Cooperative (PNGC) and General Pacific Inc.(GenPac). These roles allow me to contribute to the strategic direction and governance of organizations that are vital to the energy sector’s progress and sustainability. My leadership is driven by a commitment to operational excellence, member-focused service, and innovation. I am passionate about leveraging technology and best practices to ensure efficient operations while meeting the evolving needs of our members.
