I build and maintain great Agile working environments, strengthen clients integration delivery capability, support development teams to continuously improve and learn, and implement Integration Centres of Excellence. 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, working for leading companies such as BAE Systems, Barclays and Adaptivity, where I successfully managed and delivered key products, projects and programmes, such as an ERP Platform Upgrade, building a new to bank API Hosting Product (Service Mesh) and building Azure Cloud Integration Platforms for Retail & e-commerce brands. I am passionate about Agile ways of working, using data to drive decision making, and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
