Keith Burrow, CF APMP, is a seasoned executive with more than 38 years of experience in the Canadian construction industry, notably in mechanical and design-build estimating. Currently serving as a Senior Proposal Manager at North America Construction (PVT) LTD, Keith demonstrates a rich history of leading significant infrastructure pursuits and managing proposals valued between $50M-$500M. His expertise spans several contract formats, including Design-Build, EPC, P3 DBF/DBFOM, PDB, and Fixed Price Bid/Build, with an emphasis on multi-trade water, wastewater, infrastructure, energy, and heavy civil projects. Keith possesses a proven track record in joint-Venture or consortium projects across Canada. Demonstrating transformative leadership skills, Keith successfully steered a strategic shift from a mixed Commercial/Industrial multi-trade model to a 100% integrated Industrial/Environmental service provider within three years, managing a detailed change management plan and overseeing a workforce of over 650 employees. In addition to his executive responsibilities, Keith has demonstrated his commitment to quality and environmental management through successful leadership in achieving ISO and ISO 14001 certifications, respectively.
