About Keith Cantlie

Growing up in rural NSW and with over 35 years’ experience within the region, I am a passionate local, focussed on contributing to the growth of Canberra and its regions. With strong connections, I have built a trusted network and deep relationships across the community predominantly partnering with organisations and individuals alike to achieve their strategic talent sourcing and career goals. This has earnt me a reputation as one of Canberra’s leading executive recruitment/career strategists, although in more recent times working within the for-purpose sector to help build capacity, partnerships and connection with likeminded organisations. Over the years I have established solid networks across Industry, For-Purpose, Education and Public Sectors, actively working with businesses and the community to advocate, connect and support them in their endeavours. Over the past 15 + years, I have also played an active role with organisations such as the Canberra Business Chamber, Lifeline Canberra, St Vincent de Paul Canberra Goulburn and many other community groups. In addition to my business, I also work as part of the St Vincent de Paul Canberra Goulburn leadership team focused on building industry and community participation. I continue to be an active member of the Canberra Business Chamber, representing it on the ACT Board of Senior Secondary Studies Curriculum Advisory Committee, as well as being a Member of the ACT Inclusion Council. I am a registered employment agent in the ACT, hold an Associate Diploma of Business in Management and am a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
