Having designed, developed and implemented the Supplier Programme creating an easy to use stable and robust system that got buy-in from the Suppliers. Thereby enabling the client base to achieve 20% cost-reduction savings. Implemented bespoke software into Switzerland’s first Call-Centre to handle Motor Insurance policies for Zurich Insurance. This involved satellite development teams working in London and Switzerland requiring careful planning and coordination of project deliverables. Delivery of this project enabled the client to substantially reduce its overheads and pass these savings on to their end customers to gain a (5%) market share increase
