Inchcape is a leading global automotive distributor and retailer operating in the premium vehicle sector, based in 26 international markets. We currently employ around 14,500 people worldwide, with around of those in the UK. In the UK, we operate from 100+ Retail Centres working in partnership with Audi, Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Jaguar, Land Rover, Toyota, Lexus, MINI and Porsche. In September 2015 the Inchcape Resourcing Team was rolled out to the business, a function that had previously not existed within the company. The team have gone on to a make significant impact on Inchcape’s recruitment process and continue to strive to make a difference to our businesses. I personally resource for the South West area of our business and I find it extremely gratifying placing the best candidates into Inchcape’s Retail Centres.
