With over 33 years of hands on experience in the property services sector, I am a seasoned management consultant and entrepreneur with a proven track record of building and leading successful commercial window cleaning businesses. I founded Clearview Window Cleaning Services Limited at just 15 years old, growing it from a humble domestic cleaning start up into a respected London and South East based company specialising in abseil, cherry picker and water fed pole cleaning for the property and facilities management industry. Clearview was a pioneer in adopting innovative cleaning technology, being only the second company in London to implement water fed pole systems, which transformed the way commercial window cleaning was delivered improving safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness for clients ranging from small local blocks to large corporate offices in central London. Having recently sold Clearview, I am now exploring new ventures and collaborations within the estate and facilities management sector. I bring deep industry knowledge, practical expertise and a results driven mindset to help organisations optimise their service delivery, contractor management and operational performance. I have extensive experience working alongside mobilisation teams during new build and planning stages to help determine cleaning strategies for building and estate designs. I assist in setting service charge budgets and delivering cost effective solutions that ensure realistic and safe access for maintenance. Additionally, I help manage maintenance programmes and planned preventative maintenance to ensure properties remain in excellent condition while controlling costs. I am keen to connect with like minded professionals and peers across the property services and facilities management space to share insights, collaborate on projects and explore exciting opportunities that leverage my extensive experience and passion for excellence.
