An experienced professional with a diverse business background in Supply Chain, with a focus on Procurement. Currently working as Procurement Operations Manager at Vector Procurement Solutions Inc. a subsidiary of Multitude SE. Completed an MSc. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Cranfield University's School of Management. Previously worked as a Procurement Manager at a multinational Oil & Gas logistics company based in Malta, and the procurement organisation of the leading semiconductor manufacturer in Malta. Has a strong work ethic and is very result-orientated, with a focus on process-improvements, strategy development and implementation. Possesses strong leadership and communication skills; capable of delivering results under pressure by working with all stakeholders to achieve the business' objectives. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS Establishing a Procurement department and creating all processes and procedures covering the whole P2P Process. Building a fully paperless Procurement system using Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics365 Chosen to be a key user for the Malta manufacturing plant in the MRP project on SAP system, aiming to automate MRP in all backend plants at one of the largest semiconductor manufacturing companies. Awarded the 2015/16 Cranfield University's Alan Harrison Half-Fee Scholarship and EU-funded Placing in the top three of my undergraduate degree and top ten of my Master's degree.
