About Keith Delk

Over the past decade, I’ve worked in roles spanning videography, UI/UX, digital marketing, instructional design, startup leadership, and SaaS advising. Each role has provided invaluable lessons. These experiences have shown me the transformative power of personalization in user experience design. By aligning user experience with individual preferences and behaviors, I witnessed how users felt more connected and valued. In inclusive marketing, I observed how emotional and relevant visuals that resemble the target audience drive significantly higher engagement compared to cookie-cutter content. Working on instructional design projects revealed the importance of catering to diverse learning styles; I crafted multimedia lessons combining text, visuals, captions, audio descriptions, ASL, and interactive elements to ensure accessibility for learners with different needs. These insights have deepened my empathy for people’s diverse preferences, enabling me to design solutions that not only resonate but address real pain points. At the core of my work is a conviction that accessible development, human-centered design, marketing, and data driven decisions are revolutionizing how products and services are created and how people connect with brands. This approach is reshaping interactions, enriching experiences, and unlocking freedoms and opportunities that were once beyond reach for many. This belief is what drove me into the intersection of design, learning, technology, research, UX, and accessibility. I’ve had the privilege of working on solutions and campaigns that set a new standard for inclusivity, pushing the boundaries of what accessible experiences can achieve.
