Keith has over 40 years of experience in the senior housing, healthcare, high tech/Internet and higher education arenas. He is also a contract On Board Courier (OBC) delivering time-critical shipments to international locations for multiple international logistics companies with an TSA Strategic Threat Assessment certification an India, Turkey and Australia visas. He specializes in medical (StemCell/Bone Marrow) transports. He has experience in directing business operations, marketing/sales management, strategic planning, budgeting, organizational development, new business development and market feasibility research. He was formerly with Adaptive Advisors, Inc. a firm he founded in 1984 specializing in sales, marketing and operations consulting for the senior living sector. Adaptive Advisors also provided executive recruiting services for both senior living and the broader real estate sector. He previously was a Managing Director with PMD Advisory Services, Regional Director of Sales and Marketing with Spectrum Consultants, President of Howell Associates Management, Vice President-Director of Sales for Marriott Senior Living Services, Executive Vice President for Basic American Retirement, Vice President-Operations for Senior Resource Group.
