Responsible for loss prevention and H&S compliance for 59 retail stores in the GTA, north and east Ontario. Monitor and assess compliance for safety and operational policies, procedures and protocol in order to control and minimize risk. Complete reports and data to assist and conduct investigations. Train and coach store Management and Associates on Policy and Procedure related topics as well as Loss Prevention and H&S issues through store visits and District Manager GM meetings. Responsible for delivering financial reports focusing on controllable losses and profit impact such as inventory adjustments, cash over/shorts, discounting for the Ontario Region. Implement action plans and other programs through the District Managers to assist store Management in controlling loss. Work closely with the District Managers to ensure that operations and AP have a close working relationship. Work closely with Security vendors to ensure the stores receive great service on a consistent basis.
