About Keith Fleming

With over 20 years of experience in human resources and labor relations, I am a passionate and strategic leader who strives to foster positive and productive relationships between employees and employers. I have a proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing complex and diverse labor contracts in various segments, including acute care hospitals, senior living, corporate dining, colleges and universities, K-12 schools, and federal government. As the Director of Labor Relations at Sodexo, one of the world's largest food services and facilities management companies, I share the company's vision of improving the quality of life of its clients, customers, and employees, and I bring a wealth of knowledge, skills, and perspectives to the team. In my current role, I serve as the chief negotiator and labor relations consultant for a large portfolio of labor contracts throughout the Eastern U.S. I represent the company in bargaining single site, first contract, renewal and multi-employer labor agreements, respond to information requests, and coordinate the CCNA process nationally. I also provide business partner support and labor relations consultation and training to all key stakeholders during union organizing campaigns. Additionally, I analyze and provide recommendations for potential new business acquisitions with collective bargaining agreements and multi-employer pension plans. To perform these tasks effectively, I leverage my skills in human resources, employee relations, and employee engagement, as well as my credentials as a SHRM-SCP.
