About Keith Foley

Throughout my career of over 25 years, I pursued leadership roles in change initiatives that provided me opportunities to continuously expand my critical thinking, innovation, strategy development and transformation skills and techniques. My career has been shared between internal industry positions and 8 years of collective consulting experience between IBM and Capgemini that resulted in significant exposure to a broad diversity of both corporate and social cultures. These roles included management positions and a variety of business and IT lead roles on projects involving application development, business strategies, process enhancement, transformation and continuous improvement. In addition to my specific interests and degree in corporate management, I had the opportunity early in my professional business career to engage in a training program based on W. Edwards Deming’s Total Quality Management (TQM). I capitalized the knowledge obtained from that program by applying TQM principles to effectively lead change and achieve program objectives in my various roles at home offices of many top-tier companies. These experiences enabled me to develop a broad collection of personal assets geared towards leading and enabling organizations to practice Organizational Change Management (OCM) as a discipline to achieve corporate objectives and establish a sustainable culture of change.
