Managed more than a $1 billion in infrastructure programs including urban roadway, highway, energy/utility and bridge projects in DC, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and West Virginia comprising of locally administered projects, design-build, public-private partnerships, revenue sharing projects, state & federally funded projects. Relevant licenses & certifications include: Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and an Associate DBIA (Design-Build Institute of America).
