About Keith Gore

Keith is responsible for AIB Group’s 15 occupational Pension Schemes (assets €6 billion), all Industrial Relations with the unions, AIB’s HR Direct shared services and the Talent Acquisition team for external and internal recruitment. Keith received a First Class Honours Masters in Investment, Treasury & Banking from DCU (first place student class of 2016/18 and KKR prize winner for Banking). Keith is also a graduate of DIT, NCI, IMI, ACCA (CDip AF) and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. He served on the Irish Association of Pension Funds (IAPF) Council for 8 years, Chaired the IAPF Large Funds Group for 5 years and was a member of the European Pension Fund Investment Forum (EPFIF), Irish Advisory Group for 5 years. He is currently a member of the IBEC committee on pensions. Keith is a former Trustee Chair of the Institute of Banking DB and DC pension schemes and also the Banking & Payments Federation Ireland (BPFI) DB and DC pension schemes. Keith also lectured in Corporate Finance for DCU’s MSc in Investment, Treasury and Banking for 2 years and provided voluntary grinds support for students in the Derivatives and Fixed Income modules for 7 years.
