Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician,currently Self Employed.Skilled in HVAC, Electrical Wiring, Construction, and Commercial projects. experience in large cold stores constructions, Multi splits, ducted systems. Branch Manager for four years, this was a great learning on the operation side of a company, one tradesmen a office lady and two apprentices, only a small branch but we made it a success,also learned why many company's fail there employees me included in that, I completed a Mature apprenticeship with a fantastic Manager Mr Julian Thomas at Cooltech now closed due to Ill heath,(best Boss ever) many general skills gained over 39 working years. I finally realized working in today's over regulated industry and a breakdown of our standards of training has given us a workforce of cheep split installers and under skilled apprentices making it near impossible to run not only a small business but large company's as well. I'll leave it to smarter people than me to sort out the industry, I just want to work and keep up skilling and be acknowledged by my employer with no discrimination on my age and technical ability but to help me be the best I can.
