About Keith Grayson

Keith Grayson, Broker-Owner of Grayson Real Estate, has been a licensed Realtor since 2005. Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Keith attended the University of Arkansas for Finance and is an avid Razorback fan. GRE first opened in Las Vegas, NV where he listed and sold hundreds of REO properties for Fannie Mae, Deutsche Bank, Nationstar, Bank of America, and a host of other banks and asset management companies. He opened the Arizona office to expand his Real Estate Brokerage in 2010. With over 900 listings sold in Arizona and Nevada to date, Grayson has closed over in sales volume in the past 19 years. After renovating over 70 properties around Maricopa County with sales exceeding in the past 4 years, Keith has accumulated his own investment properties and is now building a nationwide asset management portfolio. Recently, Keith has increased focus on multi-family construction and development. Currently, he has over planned in multi-family development in the North Central area of Phoenix, AZ. Additionally, Grayson is a General partner at K2 Financial Group, a private equity firm, and R5 Asset Management in Phoenix, AZ. On the rare occasion Keith is not working, he can be found camping all along the West Coast with his bride, Brittany, hanging out with his sons, Jett and Brock, or playing catch with his dogs - Danzig and Hazel.
