About Keith Greenfield

The Dover Group is a full service financial planning firm catering and advising high net worth families with respect to all facets of their financial and estate planning affairs. We also specialize in working with families with concerns and needs to plan for a child or adult with special needs. One of the many things which differentiates our practice is the sensitivity and compassion we bring to the emotional dynamics families face in planning for today and the future. Personal circumstances impacted the lives of both my business partner and myself early in life (each of us losing a parent(s) to an untimely death while also having a special needs sibling) and this "real life"experience is invaluable to our clients. In addition to our planning work where I head up the estate planning and life insurance brokerage arm of The Dover Group, I have been the successful founder of several early stage companies, many of which have achieved successful monetization for all shareholders. In addition to being a member of the Board of Directors, I offer business and corporate development guidance and partner with the founding entrepreneur to build a successful team around him or her. Examples that have had a profound impact include IQuum, a medical device Keith co-founded with Dr. Shuqi Chen. The company sold to Roche Molecular Diagnostics in 2014. Prior to IQuum, Keith served as a director for Molecular Insight (formally Biostream and Zebra pharmaceutical), U.S. Biosystems, Intrinsiq Research and several other companies in the biotech industry. He currently advises MedSix and Genuine Health. Post IQuum sale, Keith joined Dr. David Elmaleh, founder and CEO, in building AZ Therapies, serving through March 2020 as EVP of business development. Keith continues to serve as a Director for the company.
