As a seasoned operations and sales leader in the pressure-sensitive label industry, I’ve had the privilege of working with respected converters and teams across the globe. Whether the challenge is big or small, my goal has always been simple: help people find a better way. Today, I’m building on that foundation to help businesses act bigger, move faster, and lead smarter — by combining the power of AI automation with proven behavioral insight. With deep hands-on leadership experience and a LIFO® (Life Orientations) certification, I understand what drives individual and team behavior. I’m now blending that expertise with advanced skills in AI prompting, automation tools, and leadership development — creating a modern, integrated approach to operational effectiveness. I'm currently completing an AI Prompting Certification through the University of Wisconsin–Madison and developing practical AI tools that help small teams perform like large ones — particularly in sales follow-up, CRM workflows, leadership accountability, and team training.
