In my role as Digital Hero for the Southeast district, I helped improve shop performance by upskilling teams on Self-Service Betting Terminals (SSBTs) and offering hands-on support. As a Forum Representative, I acted as a bridge between district teams and head office, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
