Culture is first and foremost to me. Each place I've been, I've cultivated a culture that people want to be a part of - they see the value in the investment of our people. My goal is to leave the environment I'm a part of in better condition than I found it. I have a unique ability to connect with anyone at any time. My family and those in my close circle often refer to me as "the mayor," as I've "never met a stranger." What inspires me each day is the opportunity to have a breakthrough with a colleague, to lead them towards success, to challenge them to think beyond their limitations and to motivate the people around me to achieve higher results. What sets me apart is my humility. I never have and I never will forget where I came from - personally and professionally. I stay grounded. My advancement does not come at the expense of others, rather, it comes from my willingness to empty my bucket everyday for my team. My colleagues know and understand that I'm invested in them personally and equally as invested in their career growth and development. I'm highly motivated and ambitious. I believe in examining every facet of our business and seeking out opportunity and leaning into innovation to create relevancy and advance our industry. I also love creating stakeholders and champions within our organization and tapping them for ideas and implementing their creativity in our products. I'm also skilled at meeting tight deadlines and delivering top-quality results under pressure while maintaining composure and finding success. Finally, I'm funny. Humor to keep things light and fun matters a lot to me. Each thing I do is intentional, has a purpose and is always a step towards positive progression and impacting people profound ways.
