Including Loss Prevention and Physical Security; spanning a diversified portfolio in retail, hospitality, and manufacturing. Currently an EHS Professional at Zeus Industrial Products, Inc, I strive to continuously improve the safety and wellbeing of 850+ team members at 4 site locations. There I was able to prevent/reduce shrink through operational, internal, and external channels via Exception Based Reporting and training. Helped put together case decks and file charges on Organized Retail Crime.
