About Keith Holmes

There are five characteristics that continue to define my life and career: integrity, a strong work ethic, the ability to learn quickly, effective communication skills, and working well with others. These five traits continue to serve as my foundation as I learn, expand and grow personally and professionally. I've spent the majority of my career working at technology and marketing startups that generate annual revenues between $5M and $75M. Eight of those years were spent at a construction technology startup, BigRentz. The nation's largest online construction equipment rental marketplace. For an easy comparison, BigRentz is to construction equipment rental, as Airbnb is to short-term rental properties. The company does not own any assets, but has access to more equipment rental fleet than even the largest publicly traded equipment rental companies in the United States. BigRentz started in 2012 in a single room, with a few people, and in just ten years the company has grown into one of the RER's Top 100 Construction Equipment Rental companies by utilizing technology to drive efficiency and gain a competitive advantage. I currently work for Wynne Systems, a technology company that sits within the portfolio of Constellation Software. My career with startups and publicly traded companies has given me the opportunity to gain experience as an executive in operations, software sales, logistics, quality, training, vendor management, procurement, pricing, data analysis, program management, leadership development, service operations, problem solving, strategy, process improvement, change management, people operations, employee experience, career development, cross-departmental consulting, and leadership. Out of all the experience that I've gained, I enjoy problem solving, creating growth, and people development the most. At this point in my career, my desire is to provide value to individuals and organizations by applying the experience that I've gained, as I continue to expand my skill set.
