Highly experienced Cloud Print, Managed Print Service (MPS) and digital transformation professional with wide variety of technical, service delivery, cloud, security, procurement and management experience. Currently providing consultancy services within the cloud print and digital transformation space. Focusing on helping customers gain maximum benefits from their print services. This includes supporting customers through the full contract life cycle; defining requirements, designing services, procurement and supplier selection, service implementation and service operation / supplier management. More than 30 years experience in the print industry. 23 years with Global and UK print suppliers providing post-sales technical support, pre-sales support and strategic account development including working with FG500 customers. The last 10 years leading a small independent print consultancy supporting customers. Previously responsible for development and delivery of ITIL based Managed Print Services (MPS) offering within Europe's largest independant supplier of print equipment, software and services. This included development of MPS model and delivery of technical tools to deliver services. This involved supporting sales, working with Customers to define requirements and develop service delivery options. n NHS Trust. Now branching out into the exciting world of cycling.
