Employed with ATI (Accurate Technologies Incorporated) as a Technical writer, my duties include maintaining, developing, and publishing the technical manuals that support our Data Acquisition hardware and software systems. Previous employment entailed course development and software training for the military, along with Education and Training class management for their database implementation. Other training positions held have entailed the duties of a Trainer Instructor Manager, extensive traveling across the United States, Canada and parts of Germany performing technical training for the military and a variety of other companies, customizing course ware to meet customers’ needs and course ware technical reviewing. The courses taught where in Microsoft, AutoCAD and CompTIA certifications. Currently hold multiple certifications in multiple Microsoft operating systems and CompTIA’s PC Hardware and Network support. Have consulted for several businesses and schools providing network design, implementation, upgrading, both onsite and remote technical and end user assistance. Life before becoming a trainer consisted of mechanical drafting and a network support technician working with end users and other technical professionals with little or no supervision. One company worked for entailed drafting, detailing and creating designs for large scale machines for the manufacturing world. Another company was a tier 1 supplier for Ford and job duties entailed drafting and designing tool and die for the company’s press machines and tube benders. Over the life time of these careers, I have gained extensive knowledge and experience working with multiple operating systems and commercial software packages such as; Microsoft Windows Server, XP Professional and Professional, Microsoft Office Applications, and AutoCAD.
