I am a skilled security professional dedicated to protecting companies' assets against evolving threats. One of my crowning achievements has been transforming a company from storing all their passwords in a shared document to obtaining SOC 2 Type 2 certification within three years—remarkably, with zero exceptions found during the audit. Of course, this success wasn't mine alone; it required careful coordination and teamwork, and I'm particularly adept at facilitating all the necessary components to achieve such goals. I'm always engaged in continuously learning about emerging threats and the broader landscape we strive to secure. For me, effective security isn't just about meeting compliance requirements—it's about genuinely enhancing safety. The fundamentals often have the most significant impact: teaching users to recognize and avoid phishing attempts, implementing a robust password management system along with training on its proper use, and creating a culture of using unique, strong passwords greatly reduces risks. My favorite achievement is building a security culture and program that has never allowed unauthorized entry or access to any of our systems or information. I hope to continue that trend wherever I go.
