About Keith Kochan

My understanding of a resilient work ethic commenced at the age of 15. Composed of several different industries and positions, my work experience has been an invaluable supplement to my education, as well as my personal and professional growth. In the winter of 2009 I graduated from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in both architecture and construction management. I also obtained an associate’s degree in construction engineering technology during this time. While attending Lawrence Tech, I worked for a design-build firm in Auburn Hills, Michigan that specialized in luxury home and landscape work. I have over eight years experience working with AutoCAD, Revit and various 3D rendering/animation programs. As specified in my attached résumé, I have also gained valuable experience over the years in the following areas: product distribution, product sales, on-site construction observation, field report writing, surveying contract documents, designing details in AutoCAD, building assessment and report preparation. I am reliable, innovative, and an energetic individual with demonstrated ability to lead project design, manage resources, and deliver results. Skilled at applying both technical and analitical analysis and creative thinking to develop solutions to complex problems. Unique ability to understand project layouts, anticipate future challenges, and identify alternatives. Particularly interested in project development, green initiatives, sustainable business practices, and taking on challenging leadership roles.
