About Keith Krass

With 20 years of military service, I bring disciplined strategy, real-world risk management, and a deep commitment to protecting people—now focused on integrating AI and emerging tech into modern safety systems. My goal is to help organizations move beyond compliance by combining proven safety protocols with digital tools like predictive analytics, AI-assisted training, and smart risk modeling. In a world where machines are helping make safety decisions, professionals need to lead with both judgment and literacy. I bridge the gap between traditional safety methods and next-gen solutions—from designing practical safety programs to exploring how AI can reduce incidents before they happen. As an advocate for AI literacy in the safety field, I create content, tools, and insights to help safety pros stay relevant, lead effectively, and evolve confidently in this new era. Let’s connect—especially if you're ready to take your safety strategy from reactive to intelligent.
