My name is Keith Leonard, and I offer more than 12 years of program, sales and customer service management success that resulted in higher revenues, well-trained teams and excellent customer satisfaction rates. My background includes recent service at the Isla Vista Food Cooperative in Goleta, California, where I built strong sustainable teams, managed budgets, motivated staff and established program scope for the volume purchasing program and B2B operations. I directed a program for local business and organizations to purchase bulk quantities and developed a new protocol for service and program delivery, driving seamless transition from a customer’s initial request to fulfillment. I continually applied Green principles to the co-op’s daily operations and took every opportunity to promote sustainability. Throughout my tenure at Isla Vista Food Cooperative, I proved myself as an efficient and highly motivated manager who continually reached high standards and goals. My history also includes excelling as Assistant Store Manager for AT & T, where I generated customer satisfaction rates of 97% and produced well over 150% of store sales. I was selected by senior management to serve as the subject matter expert for customer satisfaction issues and product purchases. By delivering one-on-one coaching to sales staff, I increased the team’s sales and customer service performance and continually met company-wide goals. In addition, I established a recycling program.
