Transportation/Logistics (Canadian Pacific Railway)- Deep analytics on major major supply chains (inbound marine containers and outbound western Canadian export grain), then using lean/six sigma and root cause analysis techniques reduced fleet cycle time by 20% and fleet cost by more than $20 million. Fleet / Equipment Management (Canadian Pacific Railway)- Developed suite of fleet analytical tools to measure fleet productivity, this data was critical in supporting fleet reduction decisions (eg. decommissioning 5500 surplus railcars creating $6 million in direct contribution).
