About Keith Manning

For the past 28+ years, I have been with Genisys Group (and Account Data Systems, the company they acquired in My current title with Genisys is Director of Operations and I handle all purchasing, invoicing, reporting, customer support, and internal IT. I now split my time between Genisys and Phase 4, which is a company I founded in 2020. With Phase 4, I provide IT consulting services in two main areas:(1) general IT support/management and (2) custom business solutions. More on those:(1) I provide IT services for small- and medium-sized businesses. My services in this capacity run the whole IT gamut: setting up servers, PC's, laptops, personal devices; user setup; firewall and network administration; OS upgrades; data migration; implementing/managing cloud solutions such as Office 365; assisting/advising on IT needs; acting as user help desk; and maintaining/troubleshooting all of the above.(2) I have 28+ years of experience creating database applications using Microsoft Access and SQL Server. The applications range from small to big, with a focus on solving specific business needs or workflow pain points. A good number of the apps I built way back in the 90's are still in use and being supported and updated to this day! I also help companies with BI solutions utilizing Zoho Analytics, which is a cloud BI and data analytics platform that provides visually appealing data reporting and insightful dashboards. Utilizing SQL to build out views and reports, it's very powerful but also affordable, and it's quick and easy to link to your data and get up and running. I am fluent with usage/administration of all the popular Microsoft Office/365 products. I have also developed Windows and web applications using VB, C#.NET, PHP, and Python. I have built numerous websites and am fluent with usage/development with the following web/media products/technologies- HTML/CSS - Microsoft Access - Visual Basic - SQL Server.NET/C#- Developer Express Tools - WordPress/PHP - Python - Adobe Photoshop I have worked on implementation/management/data access for the following products- ConnectWise - QuoteWerks - Dynamics GP (Great Plains)- QuickBooks - Zoho CRM - Zoho Analytics - VMware - AWS - Microsoft Azure - PaperSave - Unitrends - HubSpot - SalesPad - Nextiva - IBM Power Systems (iSeries, AS/400)
