With over a decade of professional experience, I specialise in strategic oversight, compliance, and policy development, and currently serve as an Inspector at the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission. I am passionate about advancing the medical cannabis sector on the Isle of Man, actively contributing to the development of the medical department and as a Founding Member of the Isle of Man Medical Cannabis Working Group, fostering collaboration across government departments. My role is closely aligned with the organisation’s mission to ensure regulatory excellence whilst balancing innovation and compliance. At the Isle of Man GSC, I am responsible for managing licensing processes, drafting policies and key task instructions, conducting compliance inspections, and reviewing financial and corporate documentation for both cannabis and gambling operators. My work places a strong emphasis on collaboration, regulatory navigation, and maintaining operational integrity, all of which support the development of a compliant and thriving cannabis industry.
