Since November 2021 I have been working with Staffline Recruitment as an IT Business Analyst. The focus of my duties in Staffline are to complete the Change Management Project, building, designing, and rolling out the new CRM across the 12 branches in NI and ROI. A large part of my role has been working on key stakeholder workshops, documenting their needs and delivering on project deliverables and future change requirements. My experience also includes planning and delivering a roll out strategy, as well as designing and implementing training and overseeing the key testing stages. Now that the roll out project is complete, I am the point of contact for user issues while also identifying and supporting ongoing developments to cater to the business' evolving needs to support growth. Before joining Staffline I gained managerial experience in Tesco, where i thrived in a fast paced, results driven environment. I am always looking for opportunities to learn and improve on my current abilities and develop a diverse skill set.
