About Keith Mtwecu

I am a Medical Technologist that has always been fascinated by instrumentation, in my early years as a Student Technologist I would assist FSE that came to fix our systems, I learned to fix instruments via the phone and through extensive training that was afforded to me by my Managers. I was a good technologist in the Lab that preferred to work with a good team, I was a Lab Supervisor for a short time and I went through getting a Lab accredited, I validated a lot of Systems in my lifetime. Since joining Roche I have learned a lot, the experience is great I still have a lot to achieve. Since joining the global team in 2014 it has been a great experience a lot to learn and still learning. With the change of circumstances, it has become too exhilarating for us as a team. The change from doing classroom training to doing Virtual training has been a considerable shift but one we could overcome. We are evolving as humans and learning new methods that we never thought could be used, flexibility is the order of the day. When life throws you lemons make lemonade out of them, this is what we as the human race did with Covid 19. We managed to pull through together with our differences.
