About Keith Obraske

I have been with USD since 1993. We have seen some really good times as well as very bad times. We were able with creative thinking and diversity to keep the business afloat. I started from the ground up. Even though this is a family owned and operated company, I have had to climb up the ladder to get to where I am today. being the "bosses kid" wasn't always the easiest. In fact it was just the opposite most times. All and all it did make me appreciate the value of work ethic. If you ask my wife I dedicate more than a normal person to making sure that every department and employee are happy working for us, all clients are impressed, and try to have everyone become successful. I think it says a lot when I hear from our contractors that our employees are phenomenal to have on their job sites. Some of our employees have come to work for us on referrals from friends that work here. To me it really is satisfying when you hear an employee talking to a new potential employee and saying that USD is the best company they have ever worked for. WOW. Currently we have three divisions. residential, spray texturing, and commercial. All are doing very well. We have just under 50 employees and plan on keeping it under 50 that for now. We had grown extremely fast once the market had turned around in 2012-2013. With that of course we had some growing pains, but we feel now that we are headed in the right direction and we have the correct people in the correct seats. We would not be successful without each and every employee contributing in what they do everyday. We make sure we show appreciation to everyone for this. We are an team that's filled with "awesome sauce"!
