Responsibilities: My main responsibilities as Executive Director and Head of Office Agency involves acquiring suitable office buildings and providing market knowledge to international/indigenous occupiers seeking to either locate their companies in Ireland or relocate their company to a new location. My role also involves providing strategic advice to Landlords/Developers on office leasing/sale disposals and ensuring that their expectations are met within specific timeframes. Other daily responsibilities include valuing office buildings, maintaining and developing client relationships and undertaking commercial pitches and presentations for new business to include both Landlord Disposal and Acquisition work. Key competencies: • Conducting valuations of office properties in Dublin • Devising marketing plans and anticipated timescales for leasing/sale of commercial properties • Drafting and finalising pitches for new tenant acquisition work in Ireland and in Europe/US • Analysing market trends in commercial property • Working with receivers to devise strategies to maximise asset values • Acquiring properties on behalf of indigenous and multi-national corporations • Carrying out lease renewals/re-gearing of leases on behalf of landlords and tenants • Creating strategies and undertaking comprehensive assessments of clients existing property related liabilities, creating programmes to rationalise exposure and reduce costs Some of our Clients: Clancourt Group Kennedy Wilson Hines Friends First Dublin Airport Central Irish Life IPUT Hibernia Reit Davy State Street IBM Ernst & Young Experience: • 12 years experience in the Irish commercial property sector • Extensive knowledge of the commercial property market in Ireland • Involved in setting department goals and meeting targets • Preparation of work plans and coaching of team members for the APC exams
