I currently lead Talent Acquisition and People Systems & Analytics at SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union - the largest credit union in California and 3rd largest in the nation ($30+ billion in assets and roughly 2,900 teammembers as of 3/2025). My oversight maintains and enhances all internal people systems (HRIS, LMS, Leave Management, ATS, Performance Management) to drive efficiencies, create a strong and intuitive user experience, and provide department leaders and executives actionable data. I am passionate about inspiring others to think, work, and collaborate to deliver exceptional results. I believe success is achieved through creating a team that is highly engaged, diverse, inclusive, consultative, innovative, and empowered. Driving change in an organization starts with good data, which can be leveraged to ensure equity and inclusion for internal and external talent. We positively impact change from the start of the recruitment process as brand ambassadors a strategic talent acquisition team can truly set the direction for lasting success. I am both enthusiastic and skilled at demonstrating effective leadership through building networks and connections at all levels of an organization. Keeping a pulse on trends both within an organization as well as external changes and issues help us stay ahead of the changing demands to attract, retain, and develop an exceptional quality team.
