About Keith Peacock

As a change leader, I help drive organizational transformation and ensure the successful implementation of change initiatives for Cox Enterprises. Whether working with leaders to prioritize change strategies or analyzing the who, what, when, and why with subject matter experts, my focus is to provide the greatest possible value to my internal customers. Throughout my career, I have held roles in Change Management, Business Process, Project and Order Management, Service Delivery, and Network Operations. A common thread for each position is that no two days were ever the same. And me being a continual learner, has allowed me to thrive in those ever-changing environments. Further, my approach has always been to share that knowledge with others in the hopes of making us all better. Being a strategic leader, with both a technical and business background, gives me the ability to effectively communicate with people across various parts and levels of an organization. And looking at problems from multiple angles allows me to find the best approach to solving them. Combine those with my biggest strength, which is relationship-building, and it’s easy to see why I love being presented with big challenges. I excel at “connecting the dots.” Outside of work, I enjoy time with family and friends, cooking, binge-watching a good show, walking the dog while listening to a podcast, and playing the occasional round of golf.
