Keith has held the role of Global Lead Audit Partner, Lead Client Service Partner or Advisory Partner for several of Deloitte’s largest multi-national public company clients headquartered in Canada. He is also the former founding Canadian and Americas practice leader for Assurance Services within the Deloitte Global Audit & Assurance practice. Keith has extensive experience advising Boards and Audit Committees of both public and private companies across a wide range of industries in the areas of audit and assurance, Canadian and US regulatory matters, business advisory and mergers and acquisitions. He has a detailed knowledge of ASPE, IFRS and US GAAP reporting frameworks and is currently the Audit & Assurance leader for the Consumer Business practice for Deloitte Canada. Keith is a Past-President of the Board of Directors of the Volunteer Centre of Toronto and is an advisor to Canada’s Best Managed Companies program. He has also been an active coach and sponsor of amateur baseball in Ontario, having been a former professional baseball player in the New York Mets organization.
