About Keith Roberts

I am an Executive Chef with extensive experience in all disciplines of the culinary field including owning two of my own award winning restaurants. My ability to consistently reduce costs through innovative efficiency and quality initiatives has been demonstrated with high volume, high quality banquet services at such prestigious properties as the Century Plaza Hotel and the Westin Bonaventure with their huge number of outlets and simultaneous meeting functions. My years as an industry leader implementing new, creative ideas in many of L.A.’s finest restaurants and Beach Resorts such as Loews Santa Monica, coupled with the precision of French pastries training has placed me in the forefront of quality performers. I have rebuilt antiquated operations into industry leaders with such properties as the Hilton Torrance where I received one of my two Manager of the Year awards. My team building and leadership development expertise has been demonstrated by my ability to coach and mentor subordinates and associates to levels of achievement beyond their expectations. My background is complemented with multiple awards and recognition from some of the most respected critics in the industry.
