I am a partner at Carey Olsen in Bermuda. In addition to general commercial litigation and insolvency, my particular focus is on high value trust disputes and restructurings often with a multi-jurisdictional element, advising and representing trustees, beneficiaries and other fiduciaries. I am an elected Member of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law (TIAETL), an International Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and an active member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). I am a former Chair of the STEP Bermuda Committee. I have a unique concentration of expertise in acting for trustees, beneficiaries, settlors and protectors in a wide range of high value contentious trust cases, drawing on extensive advocacy experience. I am a member of the Bermuda Restructuring and Insolvency Specialists Association and have extensive insolvency and restructuring experience.
