This federal government contractor supports the Veterans Administration's Salesforce Digital Transformation Center (DTC) Health Cloud project 24/7. As a Healthcare IT Service Desk Supervisor, I ensure the security, troubleshooting, and end-user support for one of the largest Salesforce implementations in America, focusing on customer success and scalable solutions. I hold the CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certificates, plus the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA). I also have a Public Trust with the VA.
