As my career has matured, I have transitioned that skill and passion from being an executor to also being a mentor, inspiring the next generation of sales associates in my organization. There is no greater purpose than leading my team and guiding them on their journey to become the best solutions-focused sales professionals they can be. As a result, my work has expanded to produce more than just increased revenue, it now improves morale and ensures the future of my company.My management style focuses on getting to know each team member, understanding their individual passions, core strengths, and transitioning that into an effective collaborative approach to the sale process. As an expert in the design and proposal process, I can quickly understand the challenges of both myself, and my team.
