I have over thirty years of experience supporting the design of effective broadcast and telecommunications solutions. With expertise in design engineering, radio planning and network management across the radio telecommunications sector, I have successfully delivered large scale projects such as designing a digital terrestrial television system. I also have acquired a sound knowledge of cellular, fixed wireless access and FM radio broadcasting. As someone who has experience across strategic, operational and technical environments, I am able to deliver projects seamlessly as I know what it takes to design, cost, configure, test, install, monitor and maintain various technologies. I have continuously displayed a commitment to improving the technology’s capabilities, reliability and cost by working closely with the client to understand their business requirements and monitor not only existing but emerging technologies. That being said, I am a collaborative, solution-focused professional with an eye for detail and the confidence to navigate through changes and challenges. I understand the importance of compliance and maintaining a safe, efficient operation. I have also led both direct and indirect teams, demonstrating my ability to inspire, coach and manage employees.
