I am a person who was trained to speak in the simplest terms to convey a message as fast as possible, so with that said- Through Merit America, I am currently working toward finishing my Google IT Certificate at an accelerated rate- The IT Support program through Merit America is teaching me skills in Network Management, Troubleshooting, Systems Administration, and Client Support to name a few- At Target, my current role has me working with Team Members to troubleshoot issues with their equipment (mobile devices, portable printers, and various other networking devices), acting as on site IT Support and reaching out to Client Services for issues beyond my skillset- As a former staff writer for North Idaho College's NIC Sentinel, I honed skills in interviewing, proofreading, page layout, photography, and some basic graphic design.
