I have 15 years of managerial experience; maintaining annual budgets ranging from along with hiring and training of employees. My years of farming have given me some mechanical skills to fix and repair equipment. Along with the mechanical skills, I supervised acres of farmland, while keeping up with cattle and supervising custom harvesting, as well as running my own harvest equipment. I have several years spent in the marketing field for trees and shrubs, along with projecting costs of fuel and prices of commodities for the upcoming fiscal year. Together I have 4 years of sales experience, accompanying the ownership of my Tree Farm and my time spent as a realtor at Century 21. To add on to the previous list, I did 4 years of customer service as an insurance adjuster, mainly dealing with homeowners and contractors. Being self-employed for almost 20 years has showed me what it means to put forth the time and effort into something, and to make sure you accomplish a goal at the end of the year. I am looking for an opportunity to expand my knowledge, as well as put forth the demands and confidence that I have in myself, to being a valued commodity to any business.
