About Keith Serre

I’m proud to lead Deloitte's Compliance, and Operational Risk (COR) market offering, which is made up of some of the best and brightest talent in Canada. I’m also our National Health and Safety Leader. I feel lucky to get to do what I love every day; solve complex problems and collaborate with great people. I help North America’s best companies ‘live their values’ by developing and implementing strategic solutions to keep their people safe from harm. I came to Deloitte with 14 years of experience in operational risk and safety in both projects and operations. I’ve seen what good looks like, but I’ve also seen when things go wrong, and I’ve brought these insights with me in the hopes of affecting change. I aspire to be a catalyst for advancement in our industry. In addition to my work experience, I have a master’s degree is Safety, Risk, and Reliability which has given me a strong foundation in key risk principles. I also had the honor of serving on the board of directors for WCB Alberta which provided me with invaluable insights to strategic operations.
