About Keith Shealy

Dr. Shealy has practiced in Lancaster since 1984. He obtained his medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina and trained in residence at Anderson Family Practice. In 1986, Dr. Shealy founded Mackey Family Practice and has been a leader in the local and state medical community for the past four decades. In 1996, Dr. Shealy and the team at Mackey Family Practice began providing occupational health services and launched MFP Work Wellness, a dedicated occupational health practice. On active staff at MUSC Health Lancaster Medical Center, he has served as Chief of the Medical Staff and the Chief of Family Practice. In June, 2023, Dr. Shealy was installed as the President of the South Carolina Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Shealy is certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine, a certified Medical Review Officer Certification Council, and the FMCSA National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Lancaster Medical Society, and the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
