About Keith Short.

My passion for creative foodservice solutions is exemplified by a right-sized approach to each unique client and/or stakeholder. I endorse a function-and-flow design aesthetic allowing the front and back of house to complement each other, whether for a sit-down dining or a positive grab-and-go experience. I have an intentionally diverse background, which enables me to approach each project with a specific design solution. Before transferring to San Francisco, I started managing successful projects in Sydney, Australia. In addition, I completed a 4-year apprenticeship and qualified as a 5-Star Hotel Chef under the Ritz Carlton Hotel Group. One my highlights within my cooking career was being a Senior Chef De Partie for the Sydney Olympics catering for the International Olympic Committee and their sponsors. My previous culinary experience, coupled with my design qualifications, ensures sustainable and dynamic designs that provide unique client-focused solutions. My portfolio of award-winning foodservice design projects includes designs for “Branded” Airline Lounges, Education, Corporate, and Stadium sectors.
